Lynette has recently returned back to NZ with her young family. Originally from the Counties area, Lynette came through the NZ Junior ranks and holds 6 NZ Junior Titles, captained Remuera to numerous Carobowl Titles and was a Junior and Senior Counties then Auckland representative before turning full time to coaching. She is a NZ qualified coach who has spent 20+ years coaching in NZ and overseas. Lynette is also a registered Hotshots Coach and is currently Pukekohe Lawn Tennis Clubs Professional Coach based at the Counties Complex at Rosa Birch Park.
Lynette will give your young children a great fun start in tennis, or improve your interclub playing child’s game. If you haven’t picked up a racket in years and want to get back into it or brush up on your technique or get some doubles tactics then contact Lynette.

Coach Profile for Darren Ward
Darren is a qualified Club Professional Coach (ITF grade 2) and is a Tennis NZ registered Coach.
Twenty three years of professional coaching, starting out with the sport of Basketball, Tennis coaching being developed over the last six years. Has a Diploma of Sports Studies through Otago University and has worked extensively as a strength and conditioning coach through commercial gymnasiums, private gyms and personal training, as well as sports clubs (basketball, rugby, netball, tennis).
Able to provide coaching services to a variety of levels, including pre-school (fundamental perception motor skills), junior development, tournament coaching, adults, conditioning based programmes.
Technique analysis through High Definition filming also available.

Coach Profile for Daniel Millward
Daniel has over 8 years of experience coaching in Auckland, Counties and the United States. He is a qualified development tennis coach (ITF level 1), which is an internationally recognized qualification, and is also a Sport and Recreation graduate wherein he specialised in exercise science. Throughout his 8 years’ coaching experience he has worked with both beginners and high performance players spanning across all ages. As a competitive player himself, Daniel has competed at a national level in New Zealand, played multiple seasons in Auckland’s Caro-bowl reserve interclub, and played college tennis in San Diego, America. His experience, knowledge, and fun personality make him a great coach for players wanting to enjoy the sport and really get the most out of their game.
